Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the technology support
industry, is seeking a Help Desk Technician 2 to join their team.
As a Help Desk Technician 2, you will be part of the IT Support
Department supporting a global user base. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication,
and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Help Desk Technician Location: Hillsboro,
OR Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour Shift: Day shift What's the Job?
Provide end-user support and incident resolution for desktop,
application, network, and peripheral issues across Windows and
modern endpoint environments. Serve as a primary escalation point
for Level 2/3 support, delivering in-person, remote, and hybrid
assistance to global end-users. Support collaboration technologies
including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, MFDs, and conferencing
AV hardware. Deploy, configure, and manage devices using enterprise
endpoint-management platforms such as Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM,
MDM/MAM. Maintain hardware lifecycle, asset management, and perform
system upgrades to optimize device performance and security. What's
Needed? Basic understanding of endpoint management platforms and
device configuration. Experience troubleshooting workstation,
application, and network issues. Knowledge of security tools
including anti-malware, EDR/XDR, BitLocker, MFA, and compliance
policies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work
effectively in a team environment. Ability to respond promptly to
incidents and requests via multiple channels. What's in it for me?
