• 401(k)Job DetailsAs a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:1. Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases.2. Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and briefs.3. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.4. Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and evidence effectively and professionally.5. Comply with all court practices and requirements in both state and federal courts.6. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and advice on their legal matters.7. Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop strategies and share knowledge.8. Attend continuing legal education seminars to stay updated on changes and developments in family law.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position should have:1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Family Law Attorney.4. Proven experience in domestic relations litigation.5. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal pleadings.6. Excellent legal research skills and a strong understanding of court practices and requirements in state and federal court.7. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.9. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.10.
