This is a unique opportunity to work with an all-female team and be directly mentored by experienced trial attorneys. You will prepare pleadings, handle discovery, draft motions and participate in all aspects of case work-up through ADR and trial for their robust litigation practice. We practice in State and Federal Courts as well as ADR forums in the representation of all sorts of businesses in the defense of insured professional liability claims (including Attorneys, Accountants, Securities Broker-Dealers, Financial Advisors and Planners, Architects & Engineers, Insurance Professionals, Real Estate Professionals; Directors & Officers; and Cyber Liability.) Our firm size enables us to help you fast track your career while working on complex and interesting cases.The ideal candidate will possess a personal drive for excellence and strong analytical writing and communication skills. Understanding of insurance defense billing practices a plus. Litigation experience is necessary. Professional liability experience is a plus, but not require.
