Type: Full-time, Temp-to-hire Shop Helper Responsibilities: - Help
secure and attach loads to the crane using slings, chains, and
other rigging equipment - Use hand signals or radios to guide crane
movements and ensure safe load placement - Perform routine checks
on rigging gear and assist with basic crane maintenance or cleaning
- Help prepare the job site by setting up barriers, stabilizing
crane mats, and ensuring safe working conditions Schedule: - Swing:
Monday-Friday; 1:30 am - 10 pm Pay: $21.00/hr. Shop Helper
Requirements: - 4 months of recent warehouse/ manufacturing/
production experience - 6 months work history at the same jobs -
Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly - Steel-toed boots are
