Motivated by a desire to help people be healthier and more confident with their smiles, these teams are provided with: * Growth and advancement into new positions through supported development and career progression * Scheduling flexibility and stable hours not limited by a Doctor's scheduled or time away from the office * A culture of respect and belonging Requirements: * Associates degree or higher in Dental Hygiene from an accredited College or Technical School * State-specific Dental Hygienist license * State-specific Radiation Safety Certificate, when required by law * CPR/BLS Certification (Only American Red Cross or American Heart Association) * Additional/Expanded functions certifications as required by law (local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, restorative, sealants, etc.) Compensation: Pay range is in the mid $40's per hour with a $2,000 sign on bonus. With a production based bonus, total comp is expected to be around $65 per hour.
