DescriptionJob ID: 49121Accounts Payable SupervisorOur eastside client is looking for a hands-on AP Supervisor to manage and lead their accounts payable team and processes. This is a great opportunity to join a small, close-knit team within a fun and fast-paced environment.Accounts Payable Supervisor ResponsibilitiesOversee AP transactions and ensure they have documentation for support.Train AP Specialists on policies and procedures.Be the point of contact for other departments regarding AP related questions.Communicate with vendors regarding payments and invoices.Support year-end audits.Identify areas of improvement for AP processes.Research and solve AP issues quickly.Assist with additional projects.Accounts Payable Supervisor QualificationsAssociates degree in accounting preferred.3 years of accounting and AP experience; 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.Proficient in using ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and detail oriented.Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.About VanderHouwenVanderHouwen is an award-winning, Women-Owned, WBENC certified professional staffing firm.
