A client headquartered in the SW Portland area is looking for an
Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a Full Time
Direct Hire role and the position is hybrid remote, and has
flexible hours. We are looking for someone who is positive, a team
player, takes initiative, and is a go getter. This is a small
organization and they are looking for an Administrative Assistant
to keep their office in order. In this position you will work
closely to the COO, and wear multiple hats within the organization.
In this position you would be responsible for some minimal book
keeping with QuickBooks, managing file systems, and working with
the owner/COO to ensure calendars are coordinated and the office is
Book keeping experience
2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive
Assistant, Office Manager, Office Administrator, or similar
1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint,
Word, Outlook etc.
Technically efficient, problem solver, and self-directed
