The main responsibilities of the position shall include:
communication internally and externally, technical liaison to the
customer in determining requirements, suggest process improvements
and upgrades, generate data intensive reports, assist with training
of on-site managers, assist in failure analysis, support the sales
process, and work well in a team environment.
-Requires a minimum of a BS degree in engineering or a related
-Experience with data base software, and fluency in MS
Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook is important.
-Strong oral, reading, communication, comprehension, and
presentation abilities in a wide variety of levels are necessary.
Must be able to read, comprehend, and generate technical drawings,
sketches, specifications, BOMs, and reports in a clear concise
manner. Must always use tact and diplomacy.
-Excellent analytical and advanced mathematical skills are an
essential element of this position. Candidate needs to possess good
spreadsheet, data control and statistical skills.
-The candidate must posses a valid drivers license, and have the
ability to become badged at customer sites as required.
