A rapidly growing employer is looking for a Helpdesk Technician
in the Portland, OR area. This position will be onsite starting
out, however once you are acclimated/fully onboarded in the
environment - roughly 90 days, there will be more flexibility to
work remote. You will be working on a small team and supporting
1000+ internal users across 25 locations. The primary support will
be over phone, but there will be some email/in-person support as
well. In this role you will be taking about 20 tickets/day using
Jira Service Desk, their ticketing system to diagnose, troubleshoot
and manage any hardware/software/or network problems. In return you
will need to log each support request, and escalate tickets to
higher level support if needed. This is a high volume, fast-paced,
customer oriented environment. In this organization there is room

want to eventually grow their career. This role is paid hourly, and
overtime is available. There is also some very limited occasional
travel to their largest locations.
MDM Experience, AirWatch Preferred
Computer Refresh Experience
Experience supporting Outlook
1-5 years of Helpdesk Experience supporting remote users via
software and hardware troubleshooting PCs, working through email
issues, group permissions, etc.
Exposure to Active Directory
1+ years of troubleshooting experience using a ticketing system
Experience with Windows server
Great personality, and eagerness to grow within the company, and
passionate about technology
