About the Role

You will manage and scale marketing events and partnerships to showcase our employer brand and EVP to grow the top of our candidate funnel, and you will achieve measurable results and a clear return on investment. You will partner with the DEI, Recruiting, Brand Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, and People Analytics teams to create and deploy content that tells an authentic story of why DoorDash is an incredible place to work. You will report to the Senior Manager, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing under the broader Culture and Belonging function within the People organization.

We are considering candidates across the U.S. in cities where DoorDash has physical office locations, provided they are open to returning to an office and to traveling 5-10% after COVID-19 restrictions are removed. DoorDash employees are working remotely through the end of 2021.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Lead the delivery, execution, and analysis of global recruitment marketing through events and partnerships to increase employer brand and EVP awareness and to recruit qualified candidates
  • Manage marketing activations, including: planning, research, production, vendor and partner management, and reporting
  • Implement the strategy you develop for multi-channel marketing activations and components through new and existing channels, such as events, partnerships, and more
  • Bring a candidate centric approach to storytelling that promotes diversity by approaching programming with equity and inclusion in mind
  • Complete operational tasks to help develop the new Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing team

We're excited about you because…

  • You have 4+ years work experience in event marketing, partner marketing, or recruitment marketing, managing a variety of data-driven marketing programs and reporting a clear return on investment
  • You have experience building and launching events and partnerships strategy, including pre-event marketing, post-event communications, event planning, event execution, and speaker management
  • You have experience working on partner marketing and event marketing programs (i.e., webinars, in-person events, conferences)
  • You have experience tracking metrics to measure success and return on investment
  • You have flexibility for travel 5-10% (after COVID-19 restrictions are removed) and to work evening hours and some weekends
