Are you interested in using your experience in the Institutional Asset Management industry to improve the online presence of our suite of investment vehicles and strategies? Your analysis will contribute directly to digital strategy and growth opportunities for the Fisher Investments Institutional Group. Your work will reach a diverse investor base of consultants and asset owners including pension funds, insurance and financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and governments across the globe.


The Opportunity:


As the Strategy Platform Relationship Program Manager you will oversee our database management program. Associate department members populate a variety of external databases with information about our firm, our employees, and our strategies. You will work between our teams, management, vendors, and investors to oversee and improve upon the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of our database population efforts, understand how our data is being used to improve our program, and provide improvement insights. You will report to the VP of Marketing Analytics who will help shape your success. You will oversee our Strategy Platform Program broadly, which includes the following responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact and subject matter expert for investor databases
  • Utilize eVestment Advantage, or equivalent, to identify missing data and perform analysis to determine efficacy of database approach
  • Work with management and other parties where necessary to improve our database presence
  • Coordinate quality control process for monthly, quarterly, and annual data pushes
  • Manage process of new strategy or vehicle additions
  • Document and tracks information available on all databases; audits databases at a necessary frequency
  • Manage relationships with current vendors and vetting new databases, vendors, or software


Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the Institutional Asset Management industry
  • Familiarity with Institutional Asset Management databases (e.g. eVestment, etc)
  • Ability to improve upon program operation and success
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
