It all begins with you.The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company's risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo's risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.The Wire Specialist 3 will perform a variety of wire transfer operational tasks for complex processes or functions within a production environment. The wire transfer specialist 3 is seen as a subject matter expert in wire products. Job responsibilities may include: --- Wire exceptions - repairing and verifying transactions--- Working within established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements --- Coordinating information through various systems --- Reviewing reports to ensure wires were handled correctly--- Provide individual training to new operators --- Research and resolve routine to difficult transactional issues--- Involved in system testing prior to implementation --- Reviewing transactions in various service layers--- Handle complex transactions or high-risk exceptions e.g system and network rejects. --- Handling of exception processing requests related to amendments and cancellations processing --- Handling escalation chats and emails--- Working on operational requirements for projects, supporting user acceptance testing and writing internal procedures Represent Exception team during Operational Readiness Tests (ORT's)A successful candidate will have the ability to meet production and quality objectives on a daily, monthly, quarterly basis. In addition, a successful candidate will have the initiative to learn more complex wires processes. Location: Portland, ORHours: Monday-Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm PT or until work is complete - occasional Saturday hours. This schedule is open-ended.   • 3+ years of wire transaction processing experience; or 3+ years of banking operations experience, financial services operations experience, or a combination of bothDesired Qualifications
