Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sourcer to join our team. As a Product Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing passive candidates and consistently cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for LinkedIn through innovative outreach methods. You will work to reduce the time it takes to fill each position while continually striving to improve the satisfaction of both candidates and hiring managers. This helps the organization to scale at speed whilst making sure that we provide the necessary talent and skills to deliver on our ambitious growth, our mission and our vision.

The Sourcer serves a critical role of fulfilling LinkedIn's vision to provide economic opportunity to every member of the global workforce by engaging diverse talent from communities that are underrepresented and underserved.

Responsibilities:
Partner with both Product and Recruiting Teams to plan, implement, and execute on various sourcing strategies
Advise clients on market trends, industry insights, and identifiable talent pools
Source, engage, and nurture passive talent through various tools including Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean Searches and alternative search techniques to identify qualified candidates
Research new sourcing techniques and channels and lead trainings
Provide insights and collaborate with candidates at various stages of the interview process, including Recruiting Phone Screen and Technical Phone Screen
Evangelize the LinkedIn Story to candidates
Partner with Hiring Managers and Engineering Leaders at various stages of the Recruiting Process
Ensure data integrity within LinkedIn's Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter
Lead sourcing sessions and train new team members

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition specifically with 2+ years in sourcing

Preferred Qualifications:
Expert recruiting fundamentals and passive sourcing skills
Exceptional business acumen, with a deep understanding of the web/internet space
Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills, with a history of building cross-functional relationships
Extensive network within the technical community
Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

This position can be located in Sunnyvale, Seattle NYC, Chicago or remote.
