About The Role

We are looking for a reliable logistics associate to assist with supply chain management, including organizing and monitoring inventory and distribution of goods amongst different distribution channels. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

This person will also assist with corporate administration, organizing and coordinating administrative duties, workplace procedures, office management to ensure the smooth running of the workplace and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Responsible for both internal (inventory, supply chain, internal costs) and customer-facing (order management, invoicing, etc

Key Responsibilities
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and process efficiency
Strategically plan and manage logistics, 3PL, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle, including improvement of order processing tools.
Assist resolving arising problems or complaints
Process customer orders and shipping from warehouse
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Billing follow-ups and invoicing
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

Requirements
Experience in successful distribution and logistics management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Experience working remotely across time zones and a multicultural environment
Hands-on experience with CRM software, word processing, and spreadsheets
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Must be in Seattle area and willing and able to travel to office (Bellevue) a couple of times a week
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Very comfortable with online communication tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Preferred Experiences
Experience working with global supply chain and manufacturing partners at a technology start-up
Proven 3+ year work experience in Operations or equivalent role
