are looking for a team member who feels the same way. Here is what
a day in as a Specimen Collector would look like: At the core of
your role is ensuring that the entire process of collecting urine,
saliva, hair or breath is performed with integrity. Supporting the
participants of the companies we work with. Your support may come
in the form of answering telephones, scheduling appointments,
checking in participants for drug or alcohol test and physicals,
invoicing or collection payment for services and restocking of
supplies. Most importantly, you enjoy being helpful and showing up
for your team, both internally and on the client side. Whether on
the phone or via email, you know how to communicate in a friendly
and comprehensive way. Your colleagues and clients know they can
rely on you to secure specimens, ship to appropriate lab, and
provide properly completed documentation to all required parties.
You are good at keeping track of multiple things and at the end of
the day you take pride in a job thoroughly done. Beyond your
immediate responsibilities you take a few moments every day to
check in with the team and offer any extra support they might need.

candidate. As a baseline, you can demonstrate these qualifications:
- High school diploma or some college preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Aptitude for learning new software
- 2+ years in a customer service or administrative experience
preferred Based performance on the job and experience, this
position offers opportunities for employees to expand and grow
within the companies. This is a full-time position, Monday through
Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and some Saturdays from 8:00am to
2:00pm. Occasional overtime will be required, based on business
needs. Primary assigned location NE Portland with flexibility of
rotation to Clackamas office as business needs require. Be on call
to perform collections after hours at customer locations 1-2 nights
a week. Starting rate for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
based on experience and skill set. Candidates must successfully
complete a background investigation and drug test. Our benefit
