Development Coordinator

Operations Support Department
Provides organizational and administrative support of a complex and
confidential nature to the VP of Development and Development
Leadership team. Engage and work with the development team with a
focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, communications, and fun.
Interfaces with high-level internal and external contacts and
performs assignments of a sensitive nature requiring a high level
of liberty, discretion, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Provides advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative
support and administrative responsibilities for the VP of
Development and Development Leadership team.
Prepares correspondence and reports based on project or business
milestones and knowledge of company, industry, and audience.
Interfaces with high-level internal and external contacts require
considerable discretion and initiative including answering
telephone inquiries and communication.
Receives and screens telephone calls and correspondence for the
team.
Coordinates meetings, arrange appointments, books travel, plans
events, and processes expense reports.
Arranges itineraries for customer and client visits, as well as
greeting visitors to the office.
Supervises and caters to internal events requiring refreshments and
specific accommodations.
Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room
supplies
Coordinate with HR for onboarding of department new hires.
Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important
documentation
Handle SAP/Workflow, travel expenses for the leadership team and
process PO's within the department.
Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office
space and equipment
Work closely with Development Leadership, Public Affairs, and
Communications with the goal to improve internal and external
communication channels and brand awareness.
Actively taking part in marketing campaigns and organizing meetings
and conferences
Developing original copy for social media platforms, websites, and
printed advertising materials
Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the
brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
Supporting internal communication campaigns to effectively
distribute key information
Coordination and support with Public Affairs department and
supporting public advocacy materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5-8 years of experience in providing administrative support for the
executive level.
High-quality oral and written communication skills, expert
proficiency in drafting business correspondence.
Solid computer skills, an expert in all MS Suites office software
and SAP.
Good organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including
branding and marketing.
Qualified organizational and attention to detail.
