SummaryThe Senior Solutions Architect is a highly motivated, skilled resource who embraces an entrepreneur approach with a strong work ethic. - This position primarily focuses on consulting with ConvergeOne's Enterprise Customers to develop solid strategies with Outcome Based solutions that deliver measurable results thru ROI and TCO models. The position is responsible for assessing customer needs and tailoring customized architectures that have strategic value and are complex in nature to fit business needs. - The Senior Solutions Architect is well versed in all market offerings in their area of expertise and works closely with the account team to ensure full accuracy of the architecture and the value proposition. Additionally, this position is able to explain, position and justify costs related to ConvergeOne's solutions. - - - - -

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:Serves as the subject matter expert in a -key areas -such as: -Security, -Data Center, Enterprise Networking -Cisco -Microsoft -Cloud (AWS, Azure) -Works with Business and IT Leaders to identify customer needs, issues and interests to formulate a strategy that will achieve business objectivesProvides solution consulting, technical architecture and sales support for account opportunitiesProvides live demonstrations for customers and sales teamsDevelops and maintains technical competency and related certifications for all core products and solutions areasPerforms Strategic Road-mapping Sessions with customersParticipates in User Groups and Conferences as requiredMay publish content to the Public sphere as it pertains to area of expertise (Social Media, Linked In, White Papers, etc.)Keeps current on industry changes, participates when possible in organizations directly involved with SME products and services, and continually works to improve techniques and sales knowledgeProvides timely and accurate deliverables to customers including statements of work and product architecturesParticipates in Solution Deliverables at the direction of the Solution ArchitectThese could include:Participating in Discovery and Documentation of Business Requirements specific to area of expertise which may include ROI and TCO models.Assuming responsibility for 3rd Party Quotes and SOW language for area of expertiseProviding relevant Statement of Work. Language to Solution Architect resources and Guidance around content flow.Participating in Solution/Delivery Assurance and Services Handoff Meetings.Ensures productive relationships with manufacturer technical peersAssumes responsibility of being dedicated to Top Accounts or Top Account Managers as needed

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications (Specific to domain expertise)CCDP or equivalent -7+ -years experience -in designing Cisco digital infrastructure & collaboration solutions -7+ years of experience developing proposals and statements of work -Strong experience in gathering and analyzing business drivers as it relates to designing Cisco solutions -History of explaining complex technologies to business and executive personnel -Proven track record with architecting, sizing and selling enterprise networking solutions -Strong teaming skills with account managers and other systems engineers -Energetic/high confidence presenter -Excellent verbal/written communication skills -Strong Systems Engineering skills -Excellent presentation skills -Exceptional customer facing skills -Strong documentation skills -Able to work independently -Problem solving, diagnostic and analytical skills required -Able to work under tight deadlines -Able to manage multiple simultaneous work assignments -Self-starter / self-motivated -Ability to assume a leadership role on the team -? -Required Qualifications -Proficient at all Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint -Excellent presentation skills -Exceptional customer facing skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Excellent relationship and collaboration skills -Certifications or equivalent experience in area of focus -Ability to work independently with minimal direction resulting in an accurate solution architecture for the client -Able to manage multiple simultaneous work assignments -Ability to communicate with all levels, including executive levels, in customers and partners, and bridge the gap between business users and information technology -Accustomed to working in virtual office environment -
