Let's work together.The System Architect is responsible for
defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural
vision to ensure the system under development is fit for its
intended purpose, and in addition will be built and run in line
with the long term goals of the organization. This System Architect
will work on a freshly-constructed product in the Claims
Department, which interfaces with other legacy on-prem systems. The
first release of this product rolled out last week, so jump in now
and continue to mature the product for the benefit of our valued
customers.In this highly collaborative role, the System Architect
will work closely with the Product Manager, Software Engineers,
Site Reliability Engineers, the Portfolio Architect, and other
System Architects to understand architectural vision andplan, and
design the architectural runway that will enable teams within the
value stream to continuously and reliably deliver customer value.
Skills We Are Seeking
- Ability to describe, communicate with, and collaborate with
various stakeholders, from the business side and technology side,
around different aspects of a solution's near-term & long-term
value and risk, as well as balance and negotiate trade-offs.
Demonstrated leadership in delivering architectures within
cloud-based environments.
- Collaborative approach with the internal architecture community
to understand dependencies between existing systems.
- Presentations to leadership and key stakeholders will be a
regular occurrence.
- Ability to influence from the standpoint of the system. Educate
partners on whole system design view and integrated pieces. Build
business roadmaps/technology roadmaps, sync together, and build
runway for business features that need to be delivered while
considering current and future state architectures.
- Experience in an agile, matrixed environment that requires an
architect to lead when necessary as well as act as a servant leader
to support the development of others. Qualifications
- Education: HS Diploma or GED is the minimum requirement
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience within your technology discipline.
- 5+ years of experience architecting large solutions that
deliver value for various stakeholders from multiple domains (i.e.
Portals, e-commerce or banking applications, or omni-channel
digital solutions such as mobile and web).
- 2+ years of experience architecting REST APIs, Microservices,
and Integrations.
- Experience in Cloud Azure.
- Experience with architecture solutions that utilize front-end
technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js (Angular is
preferred.)
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or SAFe
certifications is preferred.#LI-Remote Note: The Standard is
required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary for this
role when hiring a Colorado resident. The salary for employees
working in Colorado in this role is listed below. The Standard's
package also includes incentive plan participation and
comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision,
retirement, and paid time off.

is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award
depends on various factors, including individual and organizational
performance. Salary Range:$96,800.00 - $169,700.00Standard
