Job Description: - The Chief of Staff will support the CEO in leading and executing a variety of activities and projects to support her effectiveness and time management as the leader of Hanna Andersson. The role encompasses balancing a regular cadence of responsibilities with ad hoc strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded leader who is a self-starter, highly organized, solution oriented and a superb communicator. The candidate will bring program management skills and experience executing simultaneous projects against aggressive deadlines with many moving pieces. They will be exceptionally organized and reliable - two steps ahead and always anticipating. They will be able to prioritize - and reprioritize - and will exhibit learning agility and flexibility. This leader will be a problem solver, working proactively, creatively and with graceful tenacity to get things done. They will escalate as appropriate based on priorities. The candidate will work well with and through others. They will exhibit the savvy in collaborating with diverse groups of people and have an accessible style that invites others in. The right candidate must exude confidence, a positive attitude and leadership skills, while also demonstrating diplomacy and the ability to motivate. The candidate will be attentive to details and effective in written and interpersonal communications including PowerPoint. A team-player mentality is key to this role. While the Chief of Staff will exhibit the drive to excel, s/he will be comfortable and, in fact, thrive in supporting others and working through and with others. The Chief of Staff is a special role of trust, judgment and counsel in addition to the responsibility of operational excellence. Integrity is imperative. Responsibilities:

• Act as a thought partner and liaison on key priorities, working internally and externally to drive outcomes
• Identify, prioritize and drive completion of strategic initiatives at the senior executive level
• Lead and collaborate on financial and data analysis projects, including high-level projections, ROI math, and cost-benefit models
• Manage a portfolio of projects and tasks, keeping ahead of pending activities, addressing obstacles and escalating around risks
• Partner cross functionally to drive execution of key strategies
• Manage a variety of short, mid and long-term cross functional projects
• Liaise and serve as conduit of communication between Hanna Andersson internal teams and external stakeholders
• Oversee preparation and planning for board meetings; support CEO in managing board and investor interactions

    • 3-7 years of business experience, which may include consulting or strategy; PE experience or exposure is preferred
    • Analytical background with ability to complete multiple types of analyses including projections, ROI math and cost-benefit models
    • Research skills and ability to size business growth opportunities

    • Agile working style, with an eagerness to learn new skills
