About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator who's
creative, excited by change, and has excellent verbal and written
communication skills. This position is responsible for effective
scheduling, coordination, and implementation and facilitation of
our weekly New Hire Orientations and other onboarding procedures.
This position will also be responsible for facilitating other
company trainings and events. If you enjoy utilizing technical

ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public
Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program .
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full
Time)
What You'll Make
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or
Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
What You'll Need
The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional demeanor
as well as possess traits like creativity and initiative.
Minimum TWO (2) YEARS of experience conducting, developing,
analyzing and measuring instructional training programs.
Current CPR Instructor Certification (CCS is willing to help the
right individual become a Certified Trainer)
A working knowledge of Apple products, Microsoft Office Suite and
web-based tools such as Zoom.
Physical Requirements: ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, push,
pull and carry up to 50 lbs. and provide CPR Training to staff
Successful applicants must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal
background check and the physical capability to provide CPR
Training.
