Job Description:
General Position Summary: Our Subcontractor Insurance &
Compliance Coordinator -plays a critical role in providing an
"exceptional building experience" by verifying that our
subcontracting partners understand and are aware of R&H's
insurance requirements. - This position is responsible for
monitoring subcontractor compliance and aiding the accounting and
operations departments as necessary. Essential Duties Include : +
Monitor, input, and request subcontractors' insurance and
endorsements. + Monitor and input notices of right to lien. +
Monitor, input, and request subcontractors' construction license
information. + Monitor, input, and request subcontractors' and
suppliers' lien releases. + Act as the main contact for requests to
create new vendors. + Assists CFO with insurance claims
administration. + Monitor subcontractor pre-qualification process.
+ Complete credit applications. + Assist other departments as
needed and as time permits. Qualifications/Skills: + Knowledge of
commercial insurance. + Knowledge of commercial construction. +
Ability to work in a self-directed environment. + Mental ability to
conduct on-going interpersonal interactions, analyze and solve
problems essential. + Ability to read, write, speak, and understand
English. + Ability to participate in a team. + Ability to use
independent judgement and independent action. + Ability to perform
basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide). + Knowledge of
computer accounting software. Education/Experience: + Experience
with commercial insurance preferred + Able to navigate MS Office
Suite + High School Diploma required Physical Activities: Key:

hear. Work Environment: Work is conducted primarily in our Portland
office. Duties are performed independently with minimal
supervision. Employee operates from established well-known
procedures but is expected to contribute to the development of new
concepts. Work in recurring situations with occasional variations
from the norm. - Employee is expected to sit for extended periods
of time while talking with individuals or working at a computer and
conduct phone conversations. Job involves a low degree of
complexity, with special attention to details. If an error were
made the company could lose money in a lawsuit. Occasional visits
to jobsites with uneven ground and exposure to construction site
hazards may occur. The construction sites are usually moderate to
