individual to join our Memory Care community, River Terrace, as a
Life Enrichment Assistant. As part of our team, you work with
seniors requiring assistance and their families to determine their

- Ability to follow Life Enrichment Coordinator's (LEC) schedules
and calendars according to the plans set in place
- Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of all Life Enrichment
resident plans and social histories
- Ability to work with residents and intervene and redirect as
needed
- Communicate regularly with Life Enrichment Coordinator
including needs and concerns of residents.
- Completes required documentation thoroughly, accurately, and in
a timely manner
- Completes daily duties and non-scheduled duties as time
permits
- Ability to be flexible and think on your feet when plans
change
- Assists LEC in communicating about activities and events,
ongoing promotion of events, gathering of supplies, and whatever is
necessary for the day.
- Engages residents in on going sensory stimulation and
one-on-one visits between organized activities
- Works as part of the team; organizing time and prioritizing
requests with a professional attitude to achieve optimum resident
care and interaction
- Reports to work on time, and maintains a professional
appearance in compliance with employee

- Previous experience with seniors and/or memory care residents
is helpful
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- HS diploma or equivalent
