JOB SUMMARY:

The Activities Coordinator will plan and coordinate meaningful activities to enrich the lives and environment of our residents. This is a fun and rewarding job that helps to maintain and foster a positive atmosphere. Sapphire will provide the training and guidance to make sure you are confident in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist in the planning and carrying out of the facilities life enrichment program
* Conduct one on one activities with residents
* Collaborate with outside community organizations or volunteers
* The Activity Coordinator will document all participation from residents
* Assists in timely decorating for holidays or special events
* Assist during mealtime as needed
* Other duties as assigned

WHO WE ARE: One of our newest communities, The Amber was acquired in November 2022. The community has a license for up to 40 assisted living residents and has 32 total units. Located in the tiny town of Clatskanie many of the residents are long time community members. The community has a newly renovated employee breakroom and family like staff.
