Our products can be found in all major retailers and distributors in the USA and 30 foreign countries as well as COAST'S website and other major retailer websites.About the Position -Traditionally COAST has built brand recognition by developing the highest quality portable lighting solutions for Professionals in retail and industrial markets. COAST produces a very high-volume of communication pieces for the retail and industrial markets such as packaging, point-of-sale displays, direct mail, and collateral. The Marketing Department is in need of Design Production help in order to keep pace with the many requests from within our company.This role reports to COAST'S Creative Director and on a day-to-day basis the Designer will work under the supervision of the Creative Director and -Marketing Manager to produce print and digital assets necessary for the varied deliverables coming from the Marketing Department. The Designer role is extremely important due to the critical nature that our deliverables are completed on-time and with 100% accuracy. -COAST believes in advancement through the ranks, so following a good amount of on-the-job experience and strong performance standards, the individual can advance to take on more original design responsibilities.Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director to understand each task thoroughly and never hesitate to ask questions. -
• Work efficiently to get the tasks completed on-schedule and always communicate your progress, especially if tasks are taking longer than planned.
• Besides the Marketing Manager and Creative Director, leverage the experience of COAST'S entire Marketing Department for assistance on a given task.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent fine arts degree required
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, MacOS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to be extremely detailed in the deliverables assigned
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Exhibits enthusiasm for work and motivation to learn
  • Aesthetic skills and attention to visual detailCompensation Details
    Salary Range: DOE -plus year-end -discretionary bonusPTO: -10-days.
