Our UX & Insights team needs a brilliant senior UXer with 3-5 years of experience to push development and make the digital world a better place. Are you up for a challenge? Do you want to work on purpose-driven that are both enterprise-scale, and also work on mission-driven local work.
We are born in birth of Design, Denmark, and we are looking for a key foundational member of our US UX team!
This role has the opportunity for rapid leadership responsibilities.
About the position
As a UX Lead designer, you will be the founding member of the US UX team. You will run customer projects and design processes as well as carry out analyses. You will spar with our team of digital designers in Denmark, developers, project managers and researchers who carry out a number of tasks for some of the world's biggest brands.
You are able to familiarize yourself with our customers' business, target group and KPIs, so that you can review their digital challenges, provide analytics, information architecture and user journeys. You are able to put everything into play across customers, projects and solutions in a business perspective.

  You are a strong analyst and understand the details of our customers' business . Your communicative abilities and impact make you a trustworthy advisor, and your many years of experience with the UX toolbox and technical understanding make you a unique partner for designers, developers and other UXers. You have experience with flexible development methods - primarily Lean UX and SCRUM. In addition, you:
  
  • have a relevant education and 3+ years of experience with UX
  • have strong verbal and written communication skills - Danish and English
  • love responsibility, and are keen to work with a high degree of freedom
  • can juggle several clients and projects at the same time
  • has excellent customer contact
  • can see the value of data and user involvement
  • can oversee complex projects - and create a structure
