position that focuses solely on affordable housing compliance? The
Compliance team at IPM's corporate office is seeking to bring on a
Compliance Specialist with a focus on Low Income Housing Tax
Credit. If you have previous experience working in other affordable
housing programs such as HUD , 202, and/or 811 projects this might
be the position for you!Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00
pm.Work Location: 1800 SW First Ave, Suite 220, Portland, OR
97201Pay Rate: $23.00 to $28.00 an hour (DOE)Responsibilities for
the Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist ( LIHTC )Work closely
with the onsite and corporate staff to ensure regulatory compliance
with housing program layers.Perform tenant file audits and ensure
onsite staff successfully resolve issues.Provide corporate
administrative support, including timely data entry into compliance
reporting systems, filing, and ongoing file maintenance.Daily use
of Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as compliance software

Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist ( LIHTC )Three (3) years
of experience processing LIHTC certification paperwork ( affordable
housing ) is required.Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP)
and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designations are
preferred.Previous experience with Property Management Compliance
Software (Real Page or Yardi) is preferred.Strong organizational
skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong
attention to detail.* A pre-employment background check is required
