What you'll do (and why you'll love doing it) As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional technical support to a diverse group of employees. You'll ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure by troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues, managing access codes to our buildings, onboarding new employees and setting up work stations for field and home office employees. - Working in a tight-knit team, you'll continuously grow as you learn how to set up, maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing throughout our offices, manage G Suite users and devices and order tech supplies to sustain our growth.
