The Role
Supervisors are responsible for the management of a team of Energy System Designers (ESDII, ESDIII, ESD IV). They report to the Associate Manager (AM). Supervisors are responsible to meet or exceed the following areas:

1) Team Performance
2) Communication
3) Department Support

Responsibilities
A Supervisor should be creative, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to lead in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a dynamic and innovative mind that can apply and execute new processes. Flexibility and adaptability are required as our daily process change rapidly. At the same time each Supervisor should drive constant decision making to guarantee customers an amazing experience.

Requirements
A Supervisor is required to constantly improve in the following attributes:
--- --- Decision making: Work with data to analyze and generate insights (SQL and Excel)
--- --- Analytical abilities: Create root cause analysis to implement new processes, create personal action plans, and improve existing frameworks
--- --- Time Management: Leading multiple tasks/projects at the same time, being able to optimally prioritize them based on the business' needs/stage of the Quarter
--- --- Technical Knowledge: Experience in all our products (PV, SR, PW+, EV) and Knowledge in NEC and other Solar/Storage Design Codes to manage and troubleshoot technical issues in Solar projects.
--- --- Business knowledge: Comprehension of all the roles and interactions of our process, as well as familiarity with Energy stakeholders.
