WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

Contribute to an excellent co-worker and customer experience by helping move projects forward with excellent communication, both verbal and in writingTake inbound calls, respond to emails and text messages from customers and internal contacts in a timely fashionCommunicate specific client needs with internal teams as well as ManagementMake outbound calls to existing customers to provide updates on their home improvement projectsResearch and follow through on complex customer inquiries and issuesCommunicate logistical changes and installation issues to homeownersCollaborate with teams locally and in other locations to create solutions for homeowners

WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON

5+ years of Customer Service ExperienceMicrosoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaringExcellent job presence and punctualityAttention to detail and efficiencyProblem-solving abilitiesModest or extensive construction background a plus but not required.Ability to manage time and stress effectivelyHigh school diplomaThis position is an in-office role
