Duties and Responsibilities Point of contact for Partnership
Development department Recipient of incoming communication and
routes calls and emails as appropriate Receive incoming requests
for projects and assure they are assigned appropriately and
completed on time Maintain and manage CRM (accounts and tasks) &
ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner Ensure
department requests are completed in a timely manner Communicate
with company field managers to update them with Business
Development activity Work closely with the Partnership Development
leadership to carry out department meetings, activities, and
directions Support the Contracting, Analytics, and Selected
Services team as needed Constantly working to improve and maintain
a positive relationship with core customer groups Support all
aspects of onboarding new funeral home partners and follow first
sale timeline Work with business development to ensure seamless
processing of all new accounts Act as liaison between home office
and field employees providing consistent and clear communication
Provide reports and process time sensitive requests from various
sources Review reports for any discrepancies or areas for
improvement Competencies/Qualifications: Ability to manage several
tasks/projects simultaneously and be flexible with sudden changes
in tasks and priorities Attention to detail Excellent written and
verbal communication Excellent customer service with a positive,
can-do attitude Professional Demeanor Ability to maintain and
improve relationships Advanced computer skills Word, Excel and
Outlook Familiarity with CRM Able to analyze and problem solve
efficiently and effectively Extremely responsible, ability to be
handed a project and see it through to completion while providing
updates to stakeholders as needed Education and/or Experience: 3-5
years of Administrative experience Advanced computer skills with
the ability to learn new programs quickly
