Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled and professional bartender to provide exceptional beverage service to our diverse clientele.Position Summary: Responsible for providing high-quality beverage service to guests while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and customer service.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take beverage orders
• Mix drinks according to property standards and guest preferences
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Manage bar inventory and submit purchase requests as needed
• Serve food items in the lounge area when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped bar area
• Assist servers with food and beverage service
• Perform opening and closing duties efficientlyQualifications:
  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Strong knowledge of mixology
  • OLCC license and food handler's card
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability to work any day and hour
  • Physical ability to carry trays and balance plates
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
