Job Description:

A company is looking for a Head of Process Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute process optimization product strategy aligned with organizational goals
Lead process mapping, design, automation, and enhancement solutions
Collaborate with business, product, and technology partners on process optimization development

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; Advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in healthcare technology product management (Revenue Cycle preferred)
3+ years of experience leading and managing teams
Proven track record of success driving process redesign, improvement, and automation programs
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
