Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Support, Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Workforce Manager to deliver productivity
improvements and manage reporting strategies and processes
Supervise daily care support team operations and manage operational
performance metrics expectations
Identify trends and deep dive into team data to improve team
performance and create accountability
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Workforce Management within a Customer
Service role
Ability to motivate and coach team members
Ability to deal with complexity, analyze information, and implement
company vision
Interest in mental health care
Experience working with clinicians, patients, and sensitive health
information is a bonus
