• You'll collaborate with your team to ensure your building is clean. -Tasks include being able to dust, sweep, mop, wax floors, wash windows, clean sumps, vacuum, clean carpets, empty waste baskets/garbage cans, etc.
• You'll prioritize the cleaning of different types of rooms including restrooms, kitchens, cafeterias, gymnasiums, etc. -
• You'll ensure your building is well maintained and change lights, perform minor maintenance, or other general custodial duties. -
• You'll work with school staff to set up your building for after school activities, special events, and/or meetings. -
• You'll aid staff with special projects such as moving heavy, bulky items.
• You'll be available to be on call for after hours emergency assistance to the building if needed. -
• You'll collaborate in building wide Equity initiatives that promote the.
• Eventually you'll know your building well and may be responsible for locking and securing the building at the end of your shift. -
