Description Licensed Mental Health Therapist for Eating
Disorders at Providence St Vincent Medical Center, in Portland, OR.
Full-Time and Part-Time/Day Shifts Available $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for
payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and

day of employment. This is a combined posting for a Social Worker
LCSW, and a Licensed Professional Counselor. The requirements of
each role are listed below under each associated title.

encourage you to apply. The Social Worker LCSW and the Licensed
Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under
clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and
treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. This position
supports an Eating Disorder Program and the candidate will be
working with adolescent patients, their families and adult patients
and their social supports This position will collaborate with
patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This
position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as
described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of
psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Under direct
clinical supervision, this position will utilize established
approaches and standards; complete assessment of patient risk to
self and/or others; complete and implement risk
reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety;
incorporate evidence based approaches to psychotherapy including
but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational
interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and
commitment therapy, and the recovery model, Under clinical
supervision, this position will also demonstrate effectiveness in
individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal
treatment settings. This position works under clinical supervision,
in a licensing board approved plan of supervision to achieve
licensure with a Board qualified supervisor certified by the OR
state Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.

them. SOCIAL WORKER LCSW Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of
Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of
Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
- Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is
delivered upon hire.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are
required to comply with all state laws and requirements for
driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver
license and auto insurance upon request.
- 2 years - Relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA
experience. Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year - All EMPL's: Care Management: Experience in acute care
settings. MIN: $39.73 Max: $61.68

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related
field.

Qualifications:
- 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health
setting in an accredited college or university internship.
- Additional experience in substance use treatment setting. MIN:
