Job Title:Solution Architect - AEMDuration: 24 Months (contract W2)Location: Salem, OR (Remote)Key Skills:Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AWS RDS (Relational Database Service), Adobe Forms Designer (LiveCycle Designer)Position Summary:We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and enterprise software architecture to lead the design and implementation of large-scale, strategic technology solutions. This role requires a mastery-level understanding of full software development lifecycles, enterprise integration, architecture planning, and project management.This position serves as a critical link between IT and business leadership, ensuring that technology strategies and systems align with the overarching goals of the client agency. The ideal candidate has a strong command of architectural design, can clearly communicate complex concepts, and is adept at working across various teams and state-level IT organizations.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and implement end-to-end software architecture and integration solutions.
• Lead the development of solution blueprints at both logical and physical levels to guide development and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic and operational objectives.
• Analyze complex systems and workflows to recommend scalable, cost-effective, and secure solutions.
• Oversee integration planning and guide strategy to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient data flow across platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for the implementation of AEM and related Adobe tools.
• Utilize Adobe Workfront to manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in and/or lead high-level planning sessions with state IT departments and client agencies.Required Skills & Experience:
