Below, is a list of the various shifts we currently have available:

  • A Shift: Sunday-Tuesday & every other Wednesday - 5AM-5:15 PM
  • B Shift: Sunday-Tuesday & every other Wednesday - 5PM-5:15AM
  • C Shift: Thursday-Saturday & every other Wednesday - 5AM-5:15PM
  • D Shift: Thursday-Saturday & every other Wednesday - 5PM-5:15AM
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • $17.00+ per hour to start (DOE), plus shift differential and progression increases
    • Shift differentials at the rate of 10% for hours worked between 5:30PM to 12:00AM and 15% for hours worked between 12:00AM to 5:30AM
    • Semi-annual Corporate Bonus Program with potential payout of up to 2% of your wages

      Position Summary:

      Manufacturing Specialists perform daily activities associated with the manufacture of finished and semi-finished Laser components using automated and manual equipment and processes to meet end customer needs. These roles report to the Manufacturing Supervisor and are based in Camas, WA. These positions offer opportunities for growth and a dvancement with progression increases.

      Job Functions and Responsibilities:
      • Loads and monitors automated and manual machines in the manufacturing process
      • Operates test equipment
      • Learns and performs electromechanical assembly operations
      • Uses manual and electronic tools for mechanical and optical assembly
      • Enters production data into computer-based system
      • Maintains uptime targets of process to ensure 100% on-time delivery
      • Ensures visual and physical quality of the parts being loaded and unloaded
      • Moves materials and maintains work area
      • Communicates recommendations to modify processes to improve productivity and quality
      • Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance and adjusts machine controls as required
      • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by complying with organization standards and legal regulations
      • Responds professionally to process improvements
      • Communicates and escalates issues promptly
      • Contributes as a valued team member
      • Performs various production tasks which may include working in a clean room environment, wearing clean room garments, using a microscope, handling solvents, and working with tools
      • Engages in production activities according to the documented work instructions and standards
        Qualifications:
        • Able to demonstrate good manufacturing practices
        • Basic computer skills to perform data entry
        • Basic math skills
        • Committed to working safely
        • Good attendance is an essential requirement of this position
        • Ability to multitask with a high degree of flexibility
        • Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
        • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
        • Good communication skills both written and verbal
        • Ability to work overtime as required to meet production output schedules
        • Ability to read documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
