The Transportation Strategy team plays a key role in this process, designing and implementing new transportation capabilities that will enable Nike's Digital First Supply Chain at Scale. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Senior BSA builds and enhances products that support our increasingly complex first mile transportation landscape, covering the inbound flow of product from origin to a deconsolidator, Nike DC, or wholesale partner. This role defines new products or features and leads projects to implement these new capabilities. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON * Ideate new transportation products and features to improve service, cost, convenience, and sustainability * Lead cross-functional program teams to define requirements, design new capabilities, select appropriate vendors, and implement new capabilities * Stabilize new products and features and transition day-to-day ownership to first mile BSA WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will build effective relationships with partners across the supply chain to create the future of first mile transportation. Key partners include the first mile operations team, LSP management team, integrated flow planning team, technology teams, global logistics product management team, and the supply chain center of excellence. WHAT YOU BRING * Bachelors degree and minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience * At least 3 years of first mile transportation operations experience, including air, ocean, and intermodal shipments * Experience with implementing or operating transportation products such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and real-time visibility solutions * Working knowledge of SAFE/Agile practices to facilitate partnership with enterprise technology teams * Proven track record in program and change management * Dynamic storytelling and ability to influence without direct authority * End-to-end strategic thinking NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
