Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year

in providing the following Fire Life Safety Services: Test &
Inspection; Service & Repair; System Design; Monitoring.

Responsible for full installation & programming of fire alarm panel
systems. Test all newly installed fire alarm systems and basic
alarm panel functions, and sometimes perform inspections to ensure
that systems and equipment continue to work according to their
specifications, and that every offered feature is functional.
Perform on-site routine & emergency troubleshooting, programming
and repairs, in addition to installation, inspection, testing and
servicing of low voltage life safety product lines, fire alarm
systems, portable fire extinguishers and back flows (certification
Identify code and non-conformance issues, and correct according to
Author and maintain detailed work reports and service tickets.
Read and interpret various blueprints, diagrams, submittals and
product manuals, to properly program and verify systems.
Customer instruction as it relates to proper device use,
preventative care and consistent maintenance to prevent future

Requirements / Skills:
2+ years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician
NICET Certification is preferred but not mandatory
Oregon LEA Electrical License and/or Washington EL-06 Electrical
License based on your state
Strong knowledge of NFPA standards is a big plus (including 70 and

preferred (i.e. Building Reports)
Valid state issued Driver's License with a clean driving record
Intermediate computer skills - Windows PC/Microsoft Suite
Internal drive, accountability, persistence and a "customer first"

Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work in an on-call
