  • 5 + years advising public companies on Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOX), Internal Audit Outsourcing/Co-sourcing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance services
  • Prior professional services experience in a client-facing role at an accounting firm, consulting firm, or commensurate experience
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), COSO, PCAOB, and/or The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA's) code of ethics
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a similar field
  • CPA, CISA, CFE, CPA, or PMP preferred
  • Adaptability, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a great sense of humor! What You'll Do
    • Support and/or lead teams providing Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOX), Internal Audit Outsourcing/Co-sourcing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance services
    • Conduct risk assessments and review internal control processes to identify gaps and make recommendations
    • Communicate with clients to convey project findings, updates, and recommendations
    • Support internal projects involving sales/marketing initiatives, recruiting, and training
    • Assist with project administration (planning, budgeting, account management, billing)
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to other team members COVID-19 update:
