HERE'S HOW YOUR SALARY PAYS OUT

Carvana Average Annual Salary - $85,000

Average weekly pay (wages+bonus) - $1,400

Average weekly pay when you mentor - $1,525

Average weekly pay when you work 1 extra day - $1,970

Average weekly pay when you travel - $2,030

Increase after your first year - $5,000

Attendance, $75 monthly

Safety, $500 quarterly

Holiday pay - up to $400

Extra Day Pay - Average $570

Travel - Average $630 / week

Mentor - $25 / training day
