Job Summary
The Construction Superintendent coordinates all on-site construction activities required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes supervising all trade and field personnel and maintaining the highest level of quality while ensuring a safe and secure job site. The Superintendent works out of and maintains the job site office and reports to the General Superintendent and Vice President.

Job Responsibilities:
Enforces job site safety and encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.
Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
Understands the project plans and specifications.
Estimates costs and ensures the project is on budget.
Review and markup submittals and shop drawings.
Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees.
Prepares, schedules, and supervises completion of a final punch list.
Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly, including the construction office.

Job Requirements:
3 years experience managing multi-family mixed-use housing, hospitality, or high-rise projects
Proficiency in Procore
Proficiency with MS Suite
In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
