About The Job As the Revenue Operations Analyst at Opal, you
will be working alongside our finance and commercial leaders to
rapidly scale our revenue engine. You will be responsible for the
development, implementation and day-to-day management of the
Revenue Operations function, spanning the entire funnel from
Awareness to Purchase. This role will be critical in providing the
sales and marketing teams with the data, analytics, processes,
training, and tools needed to accelerate and scale revenue growth.
For the right individual, this will be an exciting opportunity to
come in and lay a foundation for the future Revenue Operations
team. They will also enable the Commercial Team to build and
execute against a predictable revenue generation model. This role
will also have a direct impact on Opal---s go-to-market strategy by
providing insights and feedback on product improvements,
eliminating data silos, and evolving technology stacks. About You
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced operations
professional and Salesforce expert that excels at distilling data
to deliver insights which drive key business objectives. They will
feel just as comfortable and excited by the opportunity to
strategize with Commercial leadership, as they do rolling up their
sleeves and getting hands-on to execute against those strategies.
You will also be adept at translating financial and strategic plans
into day-to-day processes, systems and data pipelines and thrive in
an innovative, high-growth, start-up environment. The ideal
candidate for this role will be a motivated self-starter,
comfortable wearing multiple hats and managing multiple projects
and deliverables simultaneously. You should be an excellent
communicator that thrives on driving cross-functional alignment
between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance.
Requirements Responsibilities Engage with commercial leadership to
build processes, systems, training and measurement capabilities to
optimize the speed, accuracy and effectiveness of our end-to-end
customer acquisition process. Develop and operationalize a revenue
planning framework, including recommendations on sales capacity
planning, quota and target setting, funnel forecasting, pipeline
management, territory development, win/loss intelligence,
productivity, attainment and velocity. Build and rebuild our
strategy, plans, processes, and tools as appropriate for each stage
of our growth. Approach new challenges with a growth mindset. Make
appropriate tradeoffs between flexibility and scalability with
appropriate business judgment. Ensure the sales and marketing teams
are fully equipped from an operational perspective to deliver
against the current and long-range financial plans. Identify and
implement ongoing improvements to maximize productivity, and funnel
visibility. Engage with finance and other stakeholders to develop
and track metrics through advanced reporting capabilities and
additional BI tools Skills, Experience, Knowledge: At least 5 years
working in business management, sales operations, sales planning,
or revenue operations. Certified Salesforce systems administrator
with 3 years experience, including complimentary ecosystem
applications (years of experience to be considered in lieu of
certification) Marketo certification a plus Expert-level knowledge
of Marketo, Gong, Salesloft, Chargebee and Netsuite strongly
preferred Prior experience in developing or implementing a full
quote-to-cash process including CPQ and eSignature integrations a
major plus Apex experience a plus Strong analytical, operational,
problem solving, planning, time management, and project management
foundation. Highly proficient in financial modeling, revenue
modeling, sales approaches, and reporting. Excellent written and
verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong
ability to work collaboratively and independently. Education:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent related work experience
required; advanced degree in a related field a plus. Benefits Some
