the Sr. Payroll Analyst, US Payroll Accounting Team is responsible
for working with a cross-functional team of Payroll and Accounting
professionals to help direct and implement various accounting
functions and continuously improving payroll accounting policies.
Having the ability to optimize the end to end payroll accounting
process, balancing and controls! Participate and drive the
implementation of the accounting/general ledger structure with the
migration from SAP to Workday payroll. -WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThe
candidate must have in-depth payroll accounting and analytical
skills, proficient with account reconciliations and ability to
recommend and implement strong financial and operational controls.

connect with all levels in the organization.Ability to work
independently and with payroll and cross functional teams. -ABILITY
TO PARTICIPATE ON COMPLEX PAYROLL ACCOUNTING
PROJECTS/IMPLEMENTATIONSAbility to multi-task and deliver work with
accuracy and timeliness. -WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON- -The candidate
will be responsible for the end to end payroll accounting function.
-- -Conduct payroll accounting activities using SAP and/or Workday,
ADP and Nike Financial systems- -Perform daily reconciliations
between payroll and general ledger postings. -- -Perform daily
balancing activities of each payroll - off cycles, on cycle and
monthly payrolls.- -Perform balancing activities between the
payroll and the vendor(s).- -Prepare and complete daily journal
entries.- -Analyze and solve sophisticated payroll accounting
issues and consult and advise business partners.- -Participate in
the execution of payroll accounting compliance activities; SOX and
internal audits, controls.- -Acts as an advisor and process expert
for Payroll Accounting areaWHO YOU WILL WORK WITHReport to the US
Payroll Equity & Accounting manager. You will work with payroll
operations, payroll tax and audit, finance, controllers team and
business partners. -WHAT YOU BRING- -Bachelor's -degree -or
equivalent combination of education and experience- - Candidate
should have 3 to 5 years payroll accounting experience- -SAP and/or
Workday experience a plus- -Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills-
-Experience with SQL, Access and data mining tools a plus-
-Understand of US payroll processing, including tax, mobility and
