Let's work together.What You'll Do In this role, you will be part
of a motivated and high-performing team where each team member is
responsible for partnering with stakeholders and leaders to
integrate data governance best practices into our strategic
initiatives. You will have visibility with senior leaders and
subject matter experts across our Employee Benefits division. You
will bring a track record of fostering effective partnerships and
delivering results, and proactively identify opportunities to grow
and sustain our data governance practices in support of enterprise
business strategy. With data governance and industry knowledge, you
will be able to successfully partner with the business community to
grow the effectiveness of our data governance discipline. Examples
of experiences include:Partnering with leaders in the Data
Governance Council, you will guide the creation, implementation,
adoption, and usage of data governance practices across Employee
Benefits.You'll partner with business leaders, to improve data
literacy throughout the organization.Using your stakeholder
management strengths, you will participate, support and coordinate
activities with the Data Governance Council, Business and Technical
Data Stewards.You'll establish and monitors adherence to data
governance policies & procedures.Leveraging your subject matter
expertise, you will surface data management related opportunities,
issues, and risks.You'll support the adoption and utilization of
the centralized Data Catalog and Business Glossary, and translate
Data Governance strategies and frameworks to the business for
usageTo support data management on enterprise initiatives, you will
consult and help drive adoption of data governance practices across
the organization.You'll practice effective communication with
business and technical stakeholders to ensure unified understanding
of data related issues and risksThe Skills and Background You'll
NeedBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics or
related field.Minimum of 3 years of related experience in data
management or an analytical capacity; ideally including experience
working in cross-functional project/product teams.Strong Agile and
Lean mindset and effective at working in a scrum environment; SAFe
experience preferred.Preference will be given to candidates who
have experience with:Collibra Data Governance CenterBusiness
intelligence and data visualization tools (ex. Power BI)Experience
with Microsoft AzureInsurance industry knowledge (group disability
& life)Traits of a Successful CandidateStrong communication skills,
including clear and effective verbal and visual delivery of complex
information to a variety of stakeholders.A low-ego, team-oriented
and collaborative approach in keeping with the corporate
culture.Demonstrated strength in collaborative partnerships,

organizational performance.Salary Range:$74,400.00 -
