Job Summary:
Act as business lead for inbound and outbound data feed
on-boarding, both for new and existing feeds of basic to moderate
complexity. Manage internal and external resources to successfully
conduct data feed change projects of basic to moderate complexity,
and data feed re-implementation projects of basic complexity.
Manage and perform triage for data feed issues and inquiries.
Support team development.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as business lead for inbound and outbound data feed
on-boarding, both for new and existing feeds of basic to moderate
complexity. This includes:
* Lead customer conversations on feed specifications and set
expectations for feed on-boarding process
* Perform business testing on files and providing feedback to
customer
* Coordinate with internal resources in business and IT to ensure
timely delivery
* Support Customer Information Consultant role on complex
implementations
* Configuring mapping tools to support services
Manage internal and external resources to successfully conduct data
feed change projects of basic to moderate complexity, and data feed
re-implementation projects of basic complexity. This includes:
* Project management and documentation, utilizing established
methodologies, tools and templates
* Project risk and issue management
Manage and perform triage for data feed issues and inquiries. This
includes:
* Primary responsibility for managing team alias inquiries,
including responding to inquiries and requests for research
* Secure suitable assignment on BSA team and update appropriate
resources like CRM
* Manage basic to moderate complexity data feed issues, including
performing research, demonstrating critical thinking to identify
the source of issue, coordinating with internal business SME's to
assess impact and determine potential workarounds, and working with
internal resources to ensure that business stakeholders are being
communicated with
* Partner with teammates to review amendments for feed impact and
assess whether data feed change is needed
Support team development, including but not limited to:
* Recommend new processes or procedures to improve customer
experience and increase efficiency
* Participation in identifying best practices
Job Specifications :
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or
related field.
* Experience: Two to four years progressively responsible
experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits,
customer facing project management or the equivalent combination of
education and/or relevant experience.
* Basic/fundamental proficiency in the following: Microsoft
Excel.
* Basic/fundament proficiency in the following is preferred:
Database querying applications such as SQL Server and TOAD, and
understanding of basic database concepts.

salary for employees working in Colorado in this role is listed

Salary Range: $49,600.00 - $88,100.00
