be joining a growing sales team



p artner with field Retirement Plan Consultants (RPC's) to achieve business growth through new sales of qualified retirement plans and stable asset fund wholesaling.
play a vital role in the sale of bundled and unbundled retirement plans through Financial Advisors and TPA's in the territories you support.
w ork to meet/exceed assigned goals and activity metrics designed to create consistent and sustainable sales results
work collaboratively with multiple internal team members (Regional/Territory Sales, Relationship Managers and Implementation teams) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

This position is fully virtual with option for hybrid opportunity (subject to local office guidelines) in some geographies. Travel is minimal , in accordance with current safety guidelines. The Background You'll Need

Minimum of 3 years of sales and service experience in the retirement plans field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
Professional certification required: You will be required to transfer or obtain a Series 6/7, with Series 63 where applicable, or a Series 65 license . A valid life insurance license must be held or obtained within 90 days of hire.
