We are now seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our team!The Plant Operations - Maintenance Assistant supports and assists the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs. The ideal candidates will have experience in a similar position. Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize is a must. HVAC certification is a plus. Experience working with seniors and various state and local agencies for inspections is preferred.

• Provides interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
• Provides exterior maintenance of the community including groundskeeping.
• Assists in coordination of community events.
