an experienced, broadly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our
new Neuromodulation Business Operations team.This role will be
responsible for further establishing and growing our distribution
capabilities, handling our inbound product logistics from placement
of a PO to final receipt and management within our warehouses, and
ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained across the supply
chain in order to serve the needs of our patients, customers and
the field sales organization.The Supply Chain Specialist is
responsible for daily receiving, processing, and shipping of all
product, equipment and corporate materials, as well as directing
the daily functions of the local warehouse, coordinating with our
3PL, managing assigned field inventory, and providing customer
service to all levels of the organization.The successful candidate
ensures accuracy and accountability of daily activities through
transaction documentation, following prescribed standard operating
procedures, work instructions and system review. The position
requires the use of judgement within defined procedures and
practices to determine appropriate action, as well as a high
proficiency in both customer service and inventory management.This
position requires a professional individual who is detail-oriented
and capable of working in a fast-paced environment and has
experience in the logistics and supply chain field.The position is
based in our Lake Oswego, OR office.Your Responsibilities Logistics
and Fulfillment Places purchase orders according to demand plan and
delivery schedules Monitors and coordinates with vendors and
international partners to ensure supply and delivery expectations
are met Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to
ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments Manges
relationship, projects and expectations with 3PL and other
logistics vendors Determines shipping priorities, work assignments
and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving
schedules Inspection of incoming materials and notifying
appropriate staff of potential quality issues Ensures shipping area
is always organized and clean and meets all compliance factors
Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply
with safety procedures Oversees the rotation of inventories within
the warehouse Manage financial transactions relating to shipping
and receiving services Compiling and maintaining applicable metrics
as required Ad-hoc logistics projects as required Field Inventory
Management Support: Assist in managing appropriately field
inventory levels Drive management of expiring field inventory
through field stock rotations and management to rotation KPIs
Appropriately leverage short dated product opportunities
consistently Execute product launch transitions according to
strategy Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality
and accuracy Identify and find solutions for inventory improvement
Ensures all inventory management transactions and handling are in
compliance with applicable federal regulations and BIOTRONIK NEURO
policies and procedures Communication: Maintain established
relationships suppliers, vendors, Sales, Sales Management and
internal departments Provide clear and concise instruction to field
personnel Follow up with field requests to ensure completion
Exhibit ability to manage conflict resolution independently Your
Profile Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the
ability to interact professionally with all levels of corporate
personnel and customer base Excellent computer skills; proficient
with Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with ERP software
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills, strong
attention to detail Ability to work independently under general
supervision in a fast paced work environment where self-motivation
is critical. Willingness to accept challenging assignments and new
career opportunities that stretch and build capabilities Preferred
Education and Experience: B.S. or B.A. degree in business
management, industrial management, or related field Knowledge of
inventory management and inventory cycles. Knowledge of domestic
and international shipping methods as well as import clearance
Customer Service, Supply Chain or Demand Planning experience
preferred APICS CPIM (Certificate in Production and Inventory
Management), PMP (Project Manager Professional) or other relevant
certification a plus SAP and /or Qliksense experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel preferred Strong project
management skills preferred Excellent attention to detail,
communication skills and situational awareness Must possess strong
work ethic and be Customer Service centric Ability to lift and
carry a minimum of 40 pounds is required on an as needed basis
Occasional work outside of normal business hours will be required
