They will troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the Portland Lubricants Plant and Phillips 66.---*Responsibilities May Include:**+ Providing primary maintenance and repair for all plant process equipment, including preventative and predictive maintenance, calibration, equipment upgrades and reliability+ Troubleshooting PLC's, read electrical drawings and have electrical knowledge of voltages from 24 volts DC up to 480 3 phase+ Programming basics RS Logix and Control Logix+ Testing, repairing and/or replacing control devices as needed+ Addressing daily work orders timely and cost effectively with the use of SAP work order system by performing daily work orders assigned+ Tracking and communicate maintenance tasks and project status+ Maintaining spare parts inventory controls to facilitate repairs and to minimize process equipment down time while optimizing working capital+ Working with BU in the design, planning, purchasing and scheduling of capital projects+ Overseeing third-party contract workers to assure work is completed is a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner, and in accordance with all Phillips 66 requirements+ Assuring compliance with all Company policies and Heath Safety Environmental Quality (HSEQ) procedures and training requirements+ Developing and maintain site maintenance procedures and records+ Maintaining mechanical skills by attending training sessions and on-the-job training---*Required Qualifications:**+ Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent+ Intermediate or greater level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite+ Experience operating JLG lifts, scissor lifts and fork lifts+ Experience with mechanical, electrical, or process control systems within a production environment+ Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
